Dining with Chef Lynan

Chef Lynan started her culinary career in 1976 when she owned and operated one of the largest catering businesses in Clearwater Florida serving dinners for up to 1,100 people. Lynan has attended culinary seminars in Aspen, Chicago, San Francisco and New York City. She has traveled to London and Paris to learn more about European styles of the culinary art. Lynan also enjoyed working as a private Chef in the Tampa Bay area.

Her talents have been featured in numerous articles and TV shows. In the summer of 2001 she was Chef at the Tyonek Sport Fishing Lodge in Alaska just west of Anchorage & the Aleutian Islands west of Dutch Harbor at the Nikolski Hunting and Fishing lodge.

Lynan is a member of ICAP and is certified Chef with the American Culinary Federation.

Chef Lynan will be preparing you a special dinner every evening. Since there is no printed menu you can work out the menus with Lynan before you arrive at the plantation.
